Head of School
Mrs. Jamie Rogers joined Laurel Christian School as the new Head of School in 2024.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master’s in Education from William Carey University in Hattiesburg.
Mrs. Rogers, a Pine Belt native from Collins, MS, is an experienced educator and administrator, with over 20 years of service in both private and public school education.
Prior to joining Laurel Christian School, Rogers was the “District Teacher of the Year” for Covington County Schools and served as the Principal of Collins Elementary and Assistant Principal of Taylorsville Attendance Center. She was also the Guidance Counselor and an administrator for Simpson Academy.

I am committed to enhancing LCS’s long tradition of academic excellence and its dedication to nurturing students spiritually, mentally, and physically.”
She and her husband, Mark, are proud parents of Katie, Anna Grace, and Drew. She teaches the girls’ youth Sunday school class at Leaf River Baptist Church in Collins and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and reading.
